Eivind Broholt Fougner (Team Coop - Repsol): “This is big for our team”

I started on the second-to-last climb in order to help my teammate Kalle Petter Kvam, who was already in the lead, claim some more KOM points. Unfortunately, he was already tired when I bridged back with him and I had to continue on my own chasing the points myself. I got caught by the peloton just before the final intermediate sprint, yet I still got the most aggressive rider prize. This is big for our team, as this was our first race since André Drege passed away on July 6th. It is very special for us. We all get very close to each other during the season, and this circumstance has brought us even closer. We are now looking forward to the rest of this Arctic Race of Norway, and dreaming of a stage win.
